At KFKsmart, your satisfaction is our priority. From the moment you receive your package, you have 14 days to request an exchange or refund. Please make sure you meet the following conditions to proceed:
Product Condition: The item must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging and accompanied by the invoice.
Deadline: Requests for exchange or refund must be made within 14 days of the invoice issue date.
Exclusions:
Underwear: For hygiene reasons, underwear products are not eligible for exchange or return.
Other Clothing Items: Other clothing items may be exchanged or returned as long as they are in the same condition as when they were sent and the request is made within the aforementioned timeframe.
Shipping Costs:
For returns and exchanges, KFKsmart covers the shipping cost as long as the product is returned in the same condition as it left our warehouse. If the product does not meet our return conditions, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost.
Defective Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, we'll cover the shipping costs for a refund or exchange. Make sure the product meets our return policies to receive a full refund or exchange at no additional cost.
